  • Master foundational pilates movements in a slower flow format to sculpt and strengthen your whole body.

    Core Basic has a clinical focus on movements, proper alignment and posture and is ideal for those who are new to Reformer Pilates or for rehabilitation, pre and post-natal clients. Core Basic finishes with our signature abdominal sequence targeting abs, obliques and lower back.

  • A dynamic fusion of Pilates precision, ballet-inspired movement, and low impact strength training that utilises the barre for balance and support.

    This class targets the glutes, core, legs and arms through high repetitions, low-impact movements and will tighten, tone and lift. Experience the burn from the power of isometric holds, pulses and micro-movements that create deep muscle activation that will leave you feeling elongated and stronger.

  • Mums & Bubs Reformer Pilates: Reconnect. Strengthen. Move together.

    Our Mums & Bubs Reformer class is a gentle yet empowering Pilates session designed specifically for postnatal mums wanting to rebuild strength, stability, and confidence - all while bonding with their baby. Led by our experienced instructors, this class focuses on restoring core and pelvic floor function, improving posture, and easing tension in the body after pregnancy and childbirth. With small class sizes and a supportive environment, you’ll enjoy the benefits of movement, connection, and community - with your little one right beside you.

    Babies are welcome to join you on the mat, in their capsule, or pram. Whether you’re 6 weeks or several months postpartum (with medical clearance), this class offers a nurturing space to move at your own pace and feel strong from the inside out.

    This session focuses on improving mobility, balance, posture, and core stability - helping you move with confidence and ease in daily life. With controlled movements and a supportive environment, each class is tailored to individual needs and abilities in a safe, encouraging environment. Perfect for maintaining strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing at any age.

  • Slow Flow; with loaded heavy springs; heavy dumbbells and a focus of time under tension to promote muscle growth, build strength and sculpt.

    This class has a lower body focus with loaded springs, including heavy squats, lunges and booty burns coupled with short, sharp cardio intervals to maximise calorie burning. We have not left out core movement; this class finishes with a sequence of core focused exercises to build on overall core strength.

  • Slow Flow movements, with loaded springs; heavy dumbbells and more time under tension to promote muscle growth, build strength and sculpt.

    This class has an upper body focus with loaded springs, including back, shoulder, bicep and triceps sequences to achieve a defined back and toned arms. Movements are combined with short and sharp cardio intervals to maximise calorie burning. We have not left out core movement; this class finishes with a sequence of core-focused exercises to build on overall core strength.

  • Ignite your core like never before! Sculpt and strengthen your core in this full body Reformer Pilates focused workout encompassing low impact movements in three blocks including upper body; lower body and core work.

    To add some spice, we have incorporated a sequence of high-intensity cardio movements to really bring the burn. Core Burn finishes with our signature abdominal sequence, targeting the abs, obliques, and lower back.

  • A high-intensity interval training HIIT class that is guaranteed to bring on the sweat and the burn.

    Push your limits in this heart-pumping, full body workout that combines the best of Reformer Pilates with HIIT. In this class, you will cycle between powerful bursts of cardio on the reformer and dynamic strength-building exercises designed to increase your endurance, while the spring loaded resistance of the reformer targets key muscle groups.   • Using the jump board attachment on the Pilates Reformer you will perform low-impact, high-intensity, plyometric style movements while lying down, offering a unique combination of strength, endurance and joint-friendly cardio.

    Expect a fast flow sequence that will raise your heart rate and strengthen your glutes, legs and core while being gentle on your knees and spine. Core Surge finishes with our signature abdominal sequence targeting abs, obliques and lower back. This class is well-suited to clients who are proficient in Pilates and for those wanting a challenge. 

  • Lengthen, release and restore in Core Reach and Extend. This is a slow-paced, rejuvenating class focused on deep stretching, mindful movement and restoring balance to your body.

    Using spring resistance and the support of the reformer, you will enjoy gentle, guided, stretches that target the muscles and fascia, promoting flexibility, mobility, and total-body release to elongate tight muscles, open the hips, spine and shoulders and release deep tension throughout the entire body. This class finishes with heated aromatherapy towelettes to enhance relaxation and promote Zen.

CO7Recovery also offers reformer pilates on your own terms with the advanced technology of KioskPro, in partnership with Your Reformer.

KioskPro is the ultimate on-demand Reformer Pilates experience and is available to book during all business hours, outside of scheduled class times.

  • KioskPro will be included within the reformer membership at no extra cost.

    Non-members cost will be $15 per virtual class for 60 minutes duration.
