  • Founder & Director | Cryo Science Clinician | CO7Recovery

    Tarsh Chapman is the passionate founder and director of CO7Recovery, bringing together a wealth of experience in therapeutic care, mental health, trauma recovery, and community health. As a qualified Social Worker, Tarsh has spent much of her life in Mount Gambier, where her deep local connections and commitment to community wellbeing continue to shape the values and direction of CO7Recovery.

    Driven by a lifelong interest in health, wellness, and bio-hacking, Tarsh is dedicated to helping others discover innovative, science-backed ways to repair, reset, and restore their bodies. Her personal journey - supporting a close family member living with a neurological disease - sparked her determination to bring Cryo Science technology to the Limestone Coast, ensuring the community has access to world-class recovery modalities designed to reduce pain and inflammation and enhance overall quality of life.

    A long-time Reformer Pilates enthusiast and certified Cryo Science Clinician, Tarsh combines her operational expertise, compliance knowledge, and client-centred approach to deliver a space where science meets compassion. Her vision for CO7Recovery is simple yet powerful: to create a holistic wellness hub that empowers every individual to feel better, move better, and live better.

    Lily Bosko is a certified Cryo Science Clinician and an integral part of the CO7Recovery team. Fully trained to operate all recovery equipment in compliance with TGA regulations and health and safety standards, Lily ensures that every client’s session is safe, professional, and tailored for optimal results.

    A proud lifelong Mount Gambier local, Lily brings genuine warmth, community spirit, and a deep understanding of the region to her role. Her approachable nature and passion for health and wellness help make every visit to CO7Recovery a positive and personalised experience.

    Beyond the treatment room, Lily is also the social media heartbeat of CO7Recovery - keeping the community informed, inspired, and connected with the latest updates, events, and promotions. Whether she’s supporting clients through recovery sessions or sharing wellness insights online, Lily’s energy and enthusiasm embody the welcoming spirit of CO7Recovery

    Stuart - known to most as Stu - brings a powerful blend of fitness expertise, operational knowledge, and community connection to CO7Recovery. As a certified Cryo Science Clinician, Stu is fully trained to operate all recovery equipment in compliance with TGA and health and safety standards, ensuring every client’s experience is both safe and effective.

    Locals will also recognise Stu as the Director, Owner, and Head Trainer at Body Fit Training Mount Gambier, where he has spent the past four years leading functional movement classes, supporting client health goals, and managing a thriving community of members. With a strong background as a personal trainer, Stu’s expertise spans functional movement, injury prevention, and fitness coaching, making him a trusted guide for individuals looking to optimise their recovery and performance.

    A lifelong Mount Gambier local, Stu has deep roots in the region’s sporting community and strong partnerships with local schools. He proudly facilitates specialist training programs for students in the High Performance Sports Program, helping the next generation of athletes strengthen both mind and body.

    At CO7Recovery, Stu combines his passion for movement with science-backed recovery to help clients restore balance, improve performance, and achieve their personal best.

    Since beginning her teaching journey in 2020, Samara has built a reputation for her dynamic, engaging, and empowering Reformer Pilates classes. A fully qualified instructor and former professional dancer, she brings an exceptional level of body awareness, precision, and flow to every session, helping clients move with strength, control, and confidence.

    Samara’s background in dance gives her a unique understanding of autonomy and movement, which shines through in her thoughtfully structured classes. Each session is designed to challenge and support all levels - whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast - ensuring every client feels seen, capable, and successful.

    As a mum of two, Samara is particularly passionate about postnatal recovery and the empowering role Pilates plays through every stage of life. Her classes are infused with energy, encouragement, and a killer playlist, creating an environment where clients can connect, move mindfully, and leave feeling stronger - body and mind.

    Issy joins the CO7Recovery team as she begins her exciting journey as a Reformer Pilates Instructor, bringing with her a strong foundation in autonomy and biomechanics. With a deep understanding of how the body moves, she ensures every class focuses on safe, intentional, and purposeful movement - helping clients develop strength and control from the inside out.

    Drawing from her background supporting neurodiverse individuals, Issy has a remarkable ability to adapt her language, cues, and approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She creates an inclusive and encouraging environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and capable.

    Having practised Pilates for several years, Issy is passionate about how low-impact, mindful movement can transform the way people feel - building not only physical strength and stability but also confidence and empowerment. Though new to teaching, Issy’s thoughtful, considered approach, and genuine love for Pilates shine through in every class she leads.

A Mount Gambier local with a background in nursing, Lara has a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, which she draws on to deliver safe, informed, and effective Pilates classes.

    An avid Pilates lover herself, Lara has spent years participating in classes and experiencing firsthand the transformative power of mindful movement. She brings a warm, caring, and encouraging approach to every session-creating a space where clients of all levels can move with confidence and reconnect with their bodies.

    Lara’s uplifting energy and compassionate nature shine through in her teaching. She’s passionate about helping others discover how Pilates can build strength, stability, and self-awareness - both on and off the reformer.
